Soldering Process....

 Assalamualaikum and good day everyone...

This is the soldering process for the Solar Charging Controller Circuit...

After I construct the circuit, now it is the time for soldering...

Part by part...

Soldering paste...

Is used to connect the leads of integrated chip packages to attachment point (lands)
in the circuit patterns on a printed circuit board

Then, after this will be a trouble shouting part... 

emmm... I don't like this stage, 

because need to find and solve if have a problem to this circuit...

Construction is begin...

 Assalamualaikum and Good Morning everyone.... 

Today posting is all about the process to make a PCB and also 

the construction of the Solar Charging Controller Circuit...

 

Cut the board into the small size, fit the components.

The Solar Charging controller circuit (PCB)

Measure the value of components which are resistor, capacitor, and etc.. 

Construct the components into the PCB board

Taa daaa.....

Finally, finish about 80%. Now I am waiting my friend, Izham to help me 

for soldering this circuit...

Solar Panel = RM110.00 (after discount) hee... :) 

 

List of components for Solar Charging Controller Circuit 

 Rechargeable battery DC 12V, 1.2AH = RM50

For backup, I already buy another type of battery DC 12V, 7.0AH = RM5+.++

Dizzy, Which one is suitable for my project? ... a lot of size here.

This is the components for Solar Charging Controller Circuit... = RM6+.++

About a few hundred that I have Spend for this Solar Charging Controller Circuit. 

Emm... I thing, I will spend my MARA allowance more for my FYP for this month.
